By downloading, installing, or using Track The 92 ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who we are
Track The 92 is operated by Phil Gillett (trading as a sole trader), based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@trackthe92.app.
2. The service
Track The 92 is a tool for personal record-keeping of English football grounds you've visited, plus light social features (private leagues with friends). We provide it on an "as-is" basis.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else is using it.
You may not impersonate another person, club, or organisation.
Display names that are abusive, harassing, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise designed to harm others may be removed, and accounts using them may be suspended without notice.
4. Leagues
Private leagues are intended for use with people you know personally.
League invite codes are shareable but not secret. Treat them like a WhatsApp group link.
League owners may remove members at any time. League members may leave at any time.
We may remove a league or its members if it's being used for harassment or other abusive behaviour.
5. Visits and content you create
The visits, notes, and photos you add belong to you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display them as required to provide the service.
You're responsible for the legality of anything you post (e.g. don't upload photos you don't have the right to use).
6. Data accuracy
We do our best to keep fixture data, club lineups, and ground information accurate. But:
Football data comes from third-party sources and may occasionally contain errors.
Promotions, relegations, and ground moves between seasons may take a few days to reflect in the app.
We don't guarantee that any specific fixture, score, or attendance figure is correct.
If you spot something wrong, email us — we'd genuinely like to know.
7. Notifications
If you enable notifications (e.g. matchday reminders), we may send them based on your location and the current fixture list. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in your phone's system settings.
8. Costs and in-app purchases
Track The 92 v1 is free with no in-app purchases. Future versions may introduce a paid "Pro" tier. If they do:
Pro is an optional upgrade. Free features remain free.
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Their refund policies apply.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
Use the app to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
Use the app to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Use automated tools to create accounts, manipulate leaderboards, or scrape data.
Attempt to access another user's account or data.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes to the app
The app is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We'll try to make breaking changes rare and announce them in advance.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The app is provided "as-is" with no warranty of any kind.
We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We're not liable for football matches you miss, money you spend on travel based on app fixture data, or any other real-world consequences of decisions you made using the app.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under English law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
14. Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and, where possible, notify you inside the app.
